Home From Home Care employed Food Quality Consulting Limited to carry out food hygiene inspection audits to ensure that all requirements were being met. We received fast and efficient service, followed by a comprehensive report on each site, along with recommendations. We received a very professional service along with competitive rates. We would recommend this company to other businesses.
I found this course the ideal way to give me a full understanding of the BRC V6 Standard plus, by achieving a higher enough grade, qualifying me to undertake audits of it. The course was delivered over three and a half days with a multiple choice exam paper on the afternoon of day four. The combination of excellent notes, frequent exercises/case studies and pace of delivery made the course extremely enjoyable and as a result gave me the desired result from the examination’.
I would be happy to recommend the HACCP training from Food Quality Consulting – staff from our company have attended both level 3 and level 4 HACCP training courses successfully. The challenging material on the level 4 training course was translated into easy to understand information and emphasis on practical exercises and technique was invaluable for the exam. Both course attendees passed, one with a merit and the other with a distinction. We will certainly be using FQC again in the future’.
Karen Czarnota has supported us at Omega Ingredients Ltd over the last 5 years with the growth of our BRC and ISO 9001 systems. I can highly recommend her work, she is very thorough and knowledgeable in her subject, and has helped steer us through upgrade to BRC version 6, then 7 and Traded Items module.
We have used her Internal audits to complete a Gap analysis which has helped us develop a focused “to do” list, ensuring continuous improvement in our business year on year. Karen has also delivered “In House” HACCP Level 3 training – described by our team as “Informative, relaxed, enjoyable, interactive, personalised, and business specific.” which nicely sums up the benefits achieved with her help.
Karen has worked extremely well with all members of the team and her ability to include everybody in what she
Karen Czarnota worked for me at Virani Food Products Ltd from September 2015 to March 2016 as Interim Head of Technical. The role involved day to day management of the department, dealing with customers and suppliers and preparing the site for customer and retail audits. Karen assisted in the recruitment of technologists and a Technical Manager and was able to train various staff in HACCP and BRC internal auditing further developing members of the operational and technical teams. As a member of the senior team Karen has contributed to the immediate and longer term business requirements and has supported the technical team through a period of change. I would be happy to recommend Karen for similar roles.
Karen Czarnota worked for me at Pork Farm Spalding Bakery in the role of interim Technical Manager from Jan- Aug 2015.
Karen’s breadth of experience enabled her to guide and support the technical team on-site whilst allowing them to develop in their own roles.
Karen has made a valuable contribution to the running of the wider business as a member of the senior management team on site. Karen has a calm and pragmatic approach to resolving issues and moving forward in a positive way encouraging the team to take ownership.
I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Karen for the role of Technical Manager – she has always acted with complete integrity and professionalism, a solid and reliable member of the team.
